Vienna Jewish Museum Exhibition
Nishima was recently chosen by the prestigious Jewish Museum of Vienna to be the only American Ketubah Artist in their Jewish Wedding exhibition. All the more thrilling was curator Evi Fuk's choice of "The Kiss," inspired by Viennese-native Gustav Klimt!
Nishima's work appeared side-by-side with four hundred year old ketubahs and ritual items - quite a remarkable feeling.
Unfortunately, we were too busy making ketubahs to visit Vienna for the show. Our ketubahs do a lot more travelling then we do!
Pictured on the right is the show's catalogue.
