No Refund
~ Hand-Made Ketubahs ONLY ~ If no work has begun, the 50% deposit will be refunded to the buyer. Subsequent to start of work, refund of the 50% deposit (or a portion thereof) will be made at the discretion of Nishima Kaplan. Upon completion of the hand-made ketubah and receipt of the finished hand-made ketubah, a refund of a portion of the 50% balance will be made upon Nishima Kaplan's discretion and subject to the return of the undamaged hand-made ketubah. Shipping and insurance fees will be at the buyer's expense. |
We ship all our ketubahs by UPS, insured for their full replacement value.
If your LIMITED EDITION PRINT is lost or damaged subsequent to us mailing it to you, we will replace it for a $50.00 fee (shipping and handling included. We will ship your replacement in a tube) Since we keep all your information on file, you will not have to fill in a new personalization form.
For Hand-Made Ketubahs, Nishima may elect to try and repair a damaged ketubah if she determines that such a course of action is possible. Additional fees may be incurred, depending on the type of damage. In the case of a Hand-Made Ketubah becoming lost, subsequent to us mailing it to you, we will not be able to replace it, since it is a one-of-a-kind piece of artwork.
Since our ketubahs are created specifically for your wedding, we do not allow for returns or refunds.
However, for Hand-Made Ketubahs, in the event that you are disatisfied with your ketubah, Nishima may elect to rework your existing ketubah at no additional fee (provided the changes that you are requesting are possible, given the materials and design.) You will, however, be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges.

ArtKetubah.com, Inc. holds the privacy and security of our site visitors in the highest regard. The following information explains the type of information gathered on our sites and how that information is used.
What's collected and what's not?
You can visit our site without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information. While IP addresses (the Internet address of a computer) are logged to track a user's session, the user remains anonymous. Tracking IP addresses gives us an idea of the areas on our site users are visiting and how long they spend there. We do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable. Again, this means that a user's session is tracked, but the user is anonymous. The user's browser also lets us know the type of computer and operating system being used.
E-mail addresses are gathered from only those who have purchased products from us and those who sign up for one or more of our mailing lists.
How is e-mail information used?
E-mail addresses are used to send you information that you requested or to confirm orders only. We NEVER sell, rent, or loan our e-mail lists to outside firms. Period!
How do I remove my name from mailing lists to which I previously subscribed?
Just email us at artketubah@artketubah.com and request that we remove you from our mailing list.
Is supplied credit card information retained?
We retain this information for a period of time to allow for the possibility of a credit being posted to your credit card for a product being returned.
What about phone and fax numbers?
We request a phone and/or fax number on order forms in case we need to contact you about your order. However, this information is entered into our personal customer database only. We NEVER sell, rent, or loan our list of customer fax or phone numbers, nor any other information about customers.
